J H Kim Taekwondo stands at the forefront of Taekwondo instruction. Our curriculum is specially designed to help students learn in a systematic way. Our internationally-certified black belt instructors are trained to teach adult students in a technically precise yet intuitive manner.

The cultivation of a healthy body and a healthy mind go hand in hand. We believe in the balanced development of our students. Physically, this means exercising all of the muscles and strengthening the body systematically, both internally and externally. Mentally, this means developing self-control and self-discipline on a path to achieving inner harmony. The end result is an improvement in the quality of life, both physically and mentally, for Taekwondo practitioners.
Taekwon-do, when practiced regularly and properly, helps individuals to maintain fitness and general physical wellbeing. Our aim is to impart wellness in our students by showing them how to prevent illness, by maintaining a fit and able body and mind that are better able to cope with the stresses and strains of daily life.

Besides our classes listed, we also conduct corporate seminars ranging from self-defense to team-building activities. These seminars are custom-designed to meet the the training requirements of the company and may be conducted as one-off sessions or a recurring series of weekly classes. Private lessons may be booked with any of our instructors on an ad hoc basis. Private lessons help students with refining their skills under the watchful supervision and guidance of the instructor.
